You know I am so considerate towards our neighbors that I let them smell my culinary disasters, let them hear to the mantras I put on YouTube. :P Strangely, they haven't complained yet. But, oh ya, I put up with their nosy, barking dogs, and let me tell you, I love dogs.
I am defntly a neighbor whom no one knows. Till now I never got helpful ones and neither nosy ones but at times it is good to know ur neighbor. Nice crisp and clear collection.
Really? Though I don't venture much into their territory, I make it a point to get to know them to some extent. :) An occassional hello, a short conversation, exchange of little gifts with the kids. :)
I am a I- mind- my- own- business kind of a neighbor. I don't gossip, I don't carry tales. And since other people don't like that, I get to be the 'silent' neighbor too. :D
cute post Prats :-) images etal... Good neighbors become friends, then a dependable support system and sometimes a lot better than ones own family... on the other hand, they could also be a pain in the butt.. so its not water or electricity that one needs to pray for while moving into a new locality, but good and trustworthy neighbors ! As one wise man once said.. "A good neighbor is a fellow who smiles at you over the back fence, but doesn't climb over it " :-)
Thank you Ravi. :) I fully agree with you on the good neighbours becoming a dependable support system. One needs to be lucky enough to get a good neighbour and as in any relationship, it goes both ways. :)

DeleteI don't have nosy neighbors, have many other kinds but thankfully never nosy. I think nosy is way worst than indifferent anyday!
ReplyDeleteGood for you Sfurti :). Nosy ones are really bad.
